What counts as a record in Satia?
A record is each row you store in Satia databases: a customer, an order, a product. The first 1,000 records are free. From 1,001 to 10,000 records you pay $25 USD a month, and then $20 USD for each block of 10,000 records you start using.
How are AI credits billed in Satia?
AI credits pay for the text Sati and your agents read and write. Satia charges $1.50 USD per million input tokens (what the AI reads) and $10 USD per million output tokens (what the AI writes). A token is a fragment of text: one million tokens is hundreds of thousands of words.

Is Satia free?
The platform is free up to 1,000 records, with unlimited seats, channels, and automations. AI is not included in that price: you get $10 USD in credits on the house and, once they run out, you pay only for what you use.
What happens when I pass 1,000 records?
Your account starts at $25 USD a month, which covers up to 10,000 records. You keep the same account and lose nothing you already built.
Does Satia charge per user?
No. Every Satia account includes unlimited seats, so you can add your whole team at no extra cost.
Do agents, channels, and automations cost extra?
No. Channels and automations are unlimited and free at every usage level. You only pay for the AI credits your agents use.
What are input and output tokens?
They are the unit used to measure AI usage. Input tokens are the text the AI reads and cost $1.50 USD per million. Output tokens are the text the AI writes and cost $10 USD per million.
What happens when the $10 USD gift credits run out?
You top up AI credits and pay only for what you use. You can turn on automatic top-up so your agents do not stop.
How long does Satia keep audit history?
Every account keeps 30 days of audit and restore history. Once your account passes 1,000 records you can extend it to 60, 90, 180, or 365 days with the add-on, from $20 USD a month.
